You define bottle size (750ml = 25 pegs of 30ml). When you sell 2 pegs of Whisky, the system deducts 60ml from that bottle's stock. Physical count vs system stock shows variance.
Can I track cocktail recipes?
Yes. Map each cocktail to ingredients (Rum 60ml, Mint 5g, Lime 1, Soda 100ml). When you sell a Mojito, all ingredients deduct. You get accurate cost per drink.
