Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• By accessing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Software.

License Grant

• Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal business purposes during the term of this Agreement.

User Responsibilities

a. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to the Software.

b. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• c. You agree not to use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights

a. The Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

• b. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Software without the Provider's prior written consent.

Data Privacy and Security

a. We will take reasonable measures to protect your data and ensure its confidentiality and integrity.

• b. You grant us the right to collect, use, store, and process data you provide in connection with the Software, subject to applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Payment

a. The use of the Software may require payment of subscription fees or other charges, as specified in the pricing plan.

• b. You agree to pay all fees and charges promptly and in accordance with the payment terms specified by the Provider.

Limitation of Liability

a. The Software is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind.

• b. In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Software or this Agreement.

Termination

a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

• b. Upon termination, your access to the Software will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the Software.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws  of the country or region

• . Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of the country or region.

Advertisers In The App

We accept no responsibility for advertisements contained within the App & Web Panel. If you agree to purchase goods and/or services from any third party who advertises in the App, you do so at your own risk. The advertiser, not WeazyDine is responsible for such goods and/or services and if you have any queries or complaints in relation to them, your only recourse is against the advertiser. .

Entire Agreement

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
